With over 15 years of experience in Brand, Marketing & Communication management across Telecom, DTH (Reliance Group) and Fashion & Lifestyle (Raymond) – Vikas is truly an astute brand & marketing professional. Inspired to solve complex consumer challenges through brand innovations and new age technology solutions while driving a high performance culture.

At Raymond he heads the Retail Marketing & continues to passionately drive Retail marketing function. He spearheaded work on Simplifying & Contemporizing the Raymond brand Identity & architecture bringing visual and nomenclature consistency across Raymond and its Sub –brands identity spanning across Product, Communication and Retail touch points.

He is integral to the team in bringing alive brand & campaigns through various touch- points. As a brand marketer he is entrusted with driving custom centricity at Retail team across all their initiatives and also drive sustained buzz / engagement at The Raymond Shop. In other words Re-defining customer experience from Point of Sales (POS) to Point of Experience (POX).

Vikas has won several applauds for his campaigns and contribution to the company & industry the prominent one being ‘Young Brand Marketer of the Year’ (Ad Club Mumbai) & ‘Retail Marketing professional’ (Global Retail Marketing –CMO Forum) and many more.
