Saurav used his 9 years of experience in Real Estate Business at various capacity to develop a unique method that applies the technologically advanced and emotionally intelligent tools to sell, serve and satisfy real estate consumers. After graduating from IIT Kharagpur, his professional journey in Real Estate stated with JLL as Asst. Manager, managing constructions of various 5 Star Hotel chain. After that, he was associated with Brick Eagle as Manager overlooking Planning and Land Acquisition functions. During his tenure, Brick Eagle has acquired more than 1200 Acres of lands and incepted 3 development arms. His in-depth understanding and experience of various functions of Real Estate Business, make him able Head of Marketing and Sales of one of the fastest growing development company Olympeo Infrastructure. Under his tenure, Olympeo’s marketing ROI has reached around 600%. This eventful journey (with the handling of tsunamis like demonetization, GST, and RERA) has inspired him to create “G-9 Method of Complete Marketing”. His battle proven method helps organisation to frugally sell, serve and satisfy their consumers while building a lasting business. He is also a passionate teacher, which led him to become visiting faculty of Symbiosys PGADM- Real Estate and Construction Management. He is a very keen student of human psychology and his passion to learn, innovate and lead makes him an admirable leader.
