As Chief Customer Officer of one of the leading family entertainment centre (FEC) Groups in Asia Pacific, Caroline leads strategies in customer acquisition and engagement, putting the customer first in all aspects of doing business. Caroline is also Chief Operations Officer of the Timezone Play ‘N’ Learn brand which develops and operates indoor play venues that promote an active lifestyle for healthy kids. Timezone Play ‘N’ Learn venues are specially designed to enhance kids developmental skills. Prior to her current role with The Entertainment and Education Group (TEEG), Caroline honed her experience in customer obsession working for the some of the world’s largest hospitality chains, such as Accor Hotels and Starwood Hotels.
