Rest 14 years responsible for Sales and Marketing responsibilities. Out of the total of 25 years 16 years i have worked in MNC ( Fulford India Ltd ( now MSD) and Novartis. Size of Business – Maximum business size was in Cipla which was 330 Cr per annum. Therapy Exposure – Dermatology, Oncology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, HIV Specialist, Orthopaedics, Gynecology, Consulting Physician and Surgeons.
Manpower Experience – starting from a small business unit to maximum of 700+ FF including Sales and Marketing.
Key Achievements –
1. Successfully launched Business Unit in Novartis – Recruitment, Brand Plan, KOL Management and Sales management.
2. Building Mega brands like Razo( Rabeprazole)- 75 Cr.
3. Doubling the business of Cipla Gastro and HIV from 92 Crs to 201 Cr in 5 years time.
4. Launching Niche product in Hepatitis C and achieving a sales of 45 Cr in the 1 st year of launch.
