At the seventh edition of IMAGES RETAIL AWARDS in 2010, the industry joins in to felicitate India’s top retail companies, professionals and concepts. The evening will be a grand corporate ceremony with award presentations by business leaders and dignitaries, and high-gloss entertainment by celebrities. The IRA selection process follows a nationwide consumer and industry poll and nominations, backed up with performance assessment by an IRA team of analysts and jury.

IDENTIFYING THE NEED FOR ACKNOWLEDGING AND REWARDING SUCCESS IN RETAIL, IMAGES INSTITUTED IMAGES RETAIL AWARDS (IRA) IN 2004.

 A lot of hard work went into the repositioning of the Marks & Spencer brand in India over the last 18 months. Applying our understanding of the Indian consumer was vital to bring in the necessary changes in our product range and pricing and in our stores and communication. Winning the Images Retail Award for our successful repositioning meant a lot for the entire M&S team in India since it was a recognition of our efforts and acknowledgement from our peers that our strategy for India was on the right track. IRF is a key retail forum in Asia and winning this award here was a great feeling indeed !
